Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s status on our website or the carrier’s website.
NOT for all situations. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
