Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s status on our website or the carrier’s website.

NOT for all situations. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
